General Terms and Conditions of the Online Store

Preamble
These conditions are agreed between the company with tax identification number 229130623, CAE 45401, hereinafter referred to as "Moto-Tech", and any individual or legal entity wishing to make purchases through the website www.mototech.pt, hereinafter referred to as the "Client".
1. Purpose and Scope
These conditions establish the general terms of sale between Moto-Tech and the Client, from order placement to delivery of goods. They regulate all necessary steps for the ordering process and ensure proper handling of the transaction. By placing an order, the Client fully accepts these General Online Sales Conditions, including the prices and products involved.
2. Purchases
Clients must make their purchases online at www.mototech.pt. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will only be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Methods
All purchases made on our online store will be delivered via mail or courier service. Prices do not include shipping fees.
Shipping to Portugal and Spain has a standard cost of 7 euros. Shipping to all other European countries has a flat cost of 20 euros.
Standard shipping costs are billed once per order, provided that weight limits for each shipping tier are not exceeded. Once shipped, each order is assigned a tracking code which will be sent to the email provided during checkout, allowing the Client to follow the status of the shipment.
Moto-Tech is not responsible for delays caused by transport companies. Delivery times may vary between 2 to 15 business days, depending on the product and available stock.
Important Note: Shipping to Madeira and the Azores requires a custom quote depending on shipment weight.
4. Payment
Select your preferred products and add them to the cart. When ready, click "View Cart" or the cart icon to complete your order. Provide all required information carefully, especially the delivery address.
Moto-Tech offers four payment methods:
PayPal, Bank Transfer, MB WAY, and Multibanco Reference.
Bank details are shown at checkout. All purchases must be paid in full in advance. To speed up shipping, please send proof of payment (email confirmation, scan, or photo of the receipt) to [email protected].
5. Prices
All prices are listed in euros.
Product Assembly Notice
Many of our products do not include installation instructions. The Client should seek a qualified technician to carry out proper installation to ensure safety and correct operation.
6. Returns and Customer Support**
Moto-Tech reserves the right not to accept exchanges or returns unless the item is defective or non-compliant.

8. Returns
Moto-Tech does not take responsibility for the return shipping of products. The client is fully responsible for the cost and for finding a suitable method to send the item back to Moto-Tech.
9. Changes
Moto-Tech may update or modify any content on www.mototech.pt at any time without prior notice, including products, prices, specifications, general conditions and commercial terms.
10. Liability
Products are described and presented with maximum accuracy. If any errors occur, Moto-Tech assumes no responsibility. Moto-Tech is not liable for losses resulting from interruptions, viruses, system failures or other issues that may temporarily affect access or use of the website.
11. Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights
All elements on www.mototech.pt, including underlying technology, are protected by copyright, trademarks and patents. Use of the website does not grant intellectual property rights to the user. Content may not be used unless legally allowed or expressly authorized.
12. Links
Moto-Tech allows users to publish links, but does not operate or control the destination sites. Moto-Tech does not approve or take responsibility for their content. Any link must be removed upon Moto-Tech's request.
